About this pictorial:
This was the last afternoon of our last day with Victoria. I just had to get some beach shots with her before she returned to France. When we arrived in Malibu there was a fire burning just miles away. Initially I was afraid we'd have to abort mission but ultimately we just jumped on the beach and started firing away. The bizarre fire sky helped create some distinct and unusually special images.
